Our stay was great! The hotel staff helped us so much with things like taxis, excursions, directions, room service, and assisting with our special requests. We especially enjoyed assistance and service from Nada and Turyck at the reception desk, and Arman in the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant service was great, and they also delivered to our room. The Pyramids of Giza light up the view from the rooftop! The room was clean, maid service was great upon request, and the restaurant was kept immaculate! There are a couple of pharmacies and several stores within walking distance. We even found a business around the corner to do our laundry. Can't beat the convenience!
