A must stay in the area!!!

The front desk staff was very friendly. Parking was $12/day, but it was very simple to use with a QR Code. The unit was clean and updated. Shower pressure was great. The manager had a meet and greet including beer and wine and light foods. Not sure if this is done every night. We were there on a Wednesday night. That is the first time I have ever experienced service like that. After the meet and greet we ordered from their bar/grill and the food was great as well. Nashville chicken sandwich with french fries. I would stay there again. Clean, safe and great service!!

One of the best hotel experiences I have had. I dont think I have ever stayed in a brand new hotel. Everything was so crisp, clean and modern. The kitchenette made it feel like I was in a condo rather than a hotel. I would defiantly come back here again. This would be a great hotel for extended stay work trips!

Property is fairly new. The lobby area and breakfast areas were large , comfortable, well lit and inviting. Even though there were a lot of guests we never felt crowded or rushed. The room was spacious and nicely furnished to accommodate long stays. There were even a washer and dryer in the suite. Definitely will return if in the area again!

Hotel is absolutely at its optimum! Excellent rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast options and cleanliness, pleasant and obliging staff as well. My only complaint was paid parking onsite and elevators experiencing difficulty at times synching. Prepare oneself for extra long wait times within an hour of checkout or within 30 min. of breakfast ending.

We are only here overnight. We arrived at the hotel and had no wait at the desk to check in. I had requested a room close to the elevators in advance and was not disappointed. We were 4 doors away, making it easy for my husband who was recuperating to negotiate. The room was clean and well appointed.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was friendly and it was really clean. It’s close to campus if you have a USC student. Only thing we had a problem with was breakfast. Eggs and potatoes were cold right in beginning. But there were great other options that we didn’t try and a McDonald’s right next door as well. Those things can be fixed so we are definitely coming back and hoping to use this hotel for the next 4 years while our student is there.

Brandnew Hotel

When check-in in the afternoon the 2 front desk staff were rude, lack of knowledge, unapproachable and short. Breakfast was great! They served a real scrambles eggs and not processed made. They served a refreshing drinks with mint leaves, lemon and orange flavor water and with variety of selections. The kitchen staff especially the old man was polite, helpful, hospitable and with a radiant smiles. The housekeeper were polite, courteous and diligent. The Hilton hotel management must scrutinize to whom they should have placed an employees to work at the front desk because it makes difference on how to address clients, guest or patrons with courtesy.

Room does not match the pictures. Picture shows room as a large area but is much smaller. Hotel charged $85.00 a night for pets which is way to much to allow a service dog. Very disappointed
