Clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. Clean but slightly worn towels and small maintenance repairs visible but not so it messed up my stay. Would recommend this place to others. Was difficult checking in because it was on the bar where other customers demanded attention

Room was clean but bathroom fan did not work and toilet pan rim needed a good clean. New owners meant that residents now have to pay for parking. Not a huge problem as it's £4 for 24 hours. Staff were courteous. Would consider staying again. Thank you.

Excellent value for money, comfy bed. Kettle was too big for an easy fill but not the end of the world. Good location, very clean and very friendly staff. Basic room and amenities. Cheap parking across from hotel at £4.50 for 24 hours. Good value in Bridgnorth and the bonus of a Nepalese restaurant on site.

The music was loud until 11pm and people talking in the restaurant quite loud until 11pm otherwise it was fine ,very clean ,breakfast I had the waiter gave me my scrambled eggs and I never saw him again.I just left and saw no one ?

Fantastic stay

Staff were very attentive from bookjng in until leaving. We stayed in the queen matilda room and we also had a balcony. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Friendly staff, the room was ok for one nights stay. Easy to walk to High Town Parking overnight was tricky ! There is no hotel car park except 2 disabled spots. You can park over the road, overnight on the Severn valley railway car park if you can find a space otherwise you can park on the overspill car park but have to move your car to the road front car park to park overnight ! There was entertainment at the hotel. We enjoyed watching the band playing and the sun was shining. The 2 young girls cleaning and waiting on were fabulous and very hard working.
