I selected this property because I've stayed at a few other Viadora properties in the area and had a great experience. What I love about Viadora is that they make it feel like a home --- meaning you have space to spread out. I booked a place for two days over my wedding weekend. I booked the first night the day before my wedding to rest. I booked an additional night so I could use the terrace and apartment to get ready with my bridesmaids while having the photographer come take some get-ready wedding photos. I was told that only two guest are allowed at all times, which meant I could not have my makeup artist, bridesmaids, and photographer at the same time. I asked for an exception for the 3-4 hours that we needed but they were unable to accommodate the full party. They advertise this space as being your home away from home but you are unable to use the terrace or dining room table for four as presented. Be advised that if you book a larger space you won't be able to share it with guests - even for a few hours which was our goal. After reflection I wish I would have never booked this place and booked an additional room at my hotel in Polanco, which was much nicer and more flexible.

We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel. The location in central Polanco is excellent and there is no need to have a vehicle if you're staying within the Polanco/Miguel Hidalgo area. (Otherwise Uber and other rideshare services are readily available.) There are many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the front desk was always ready with recommendations if you were unsure of where to go. The apartment was incredibly well-appointed from the linens, cookware, to the L'Occitane toiletries, and they even included laundry pods and dishwashing tablets if you decided to use either. The terrace was a beautiful place to spend time while in the apartment. Also, the central A/C worked great! The true gem of the Isabella is the staff, who were always so helpful with recommendations and friendly when you entered or left the building. We felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. We are already talking about staying at the Isabella again in our next trip to Mexico City and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We loved it!

Staying here every time I’m in Mexico City

Excellent option to get away from the noise of Polanco. Very calm, luxurious and beautifully decorated. The apartments are spacious and the staff is incredible nice! Walkable distance to all the hot spots in Polanco. Plus for the equipped gym and complimentary snacks in the morning.

Gorgeous new property with the nicest staff. The rooms are spacious, designed well, and immaculate. The street is quiet, but walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Our only minor complaint is the beds are a little too firm. We plan to stay here on our future trips to Mexico City.
