Dirty towels, exploding hair dryers, and rooms that smelled like cigarette smoke. For the money I did not expect much but this was definitely a huge disappointment. Also there was very little hot water in the shower and two days in a row I had a lukewarm to cold shower at best. The hair dryer on the wall literally blew up in my hair Sparks were flying and it melted. I had asked for a new hair dryer and for the next two days they simply escorted me to an empty room where I could dry my hair. Because I was on set acting the commercial it was important that I blow dried my hair lol. When I opened up the towels after having my first shower one was clearly covered in stains that had not been washed out and one of them had a questionable brown spot on it that I would not want to imagine the source of. There was Wi-Fi advertised on the site but there is no Wi-fi here so don't expect any. The only upside to this place would be that the location is close to downtown restaurants and bars but that is it and I could not give the hotel credit for its location after all. I have never left a review like this for a hotel but I was quite insulted that when they finally brought a hair dryer to my room on my last day that they said oh well you should leave us a good review then. So if that's what takes to designate something as good service I am seriously confused.

The room was ok, clean. The TV worked but you had to get up to turn it on and change the cancel. But there were 2 remotes. There was only 3 pillows and 2 towels with no hand towel. When asked for extra it was brought to our room but then the worker pushed past me and barged into the room saying he needed to check the shower curtain ( this was also around 9pm) I told him my partner was in the bathroom and he said he would wait... My partner told him the curtain was ok and he finally left. To access the room, you had to enter in a 8 digit code and return the card when leaving.

We had zero light in the bathroom, had to use our phones for light.A bunch of lights were out in the room. Asked for them to get replacement bulbs, never happened. The room was filthy, stains on the bed, mold in the bathroom, just disgusting. Had 2 tv remotes and neither of them controlled the tv. Bags of garbage were left in the hallway overnight after staff cleaned the rooms. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Staff was fine checked in early and told a room was not available but we could have a room which the TV didn’t work, we agreed but there would be a charge of $30 plus tax for early checkin. No towels, needed light bulbs in all the lamps, the room smelled funny, coffee maker but don’t provide coffee, maybe next week. But the beds were ok

Room wasnt very clean, the next door handle was broken. The door didnt close or lock properly. Hot tub in room was unfinished and needed an extension cord. My license wasnt returned until i asked for it back at which point he pulled it out of a drawer.

I was here for a medical procedure and had to go to the hospital shortly after I checked in. There were no towels in the room. There was no soap or shampoo or conditioner. There is no coffee or cups. When I arrived back after my procedure, there was nobody at the front desk. I couldn’t get a cup of water to take my medication and nobody would answer the phone when I called.

Don’t believe the photos on site

Staff was unhelpful and rude. Turned down bed and there was black particles all over sheets. Very loud at night could not sleep.. very unsafe area a lot of transients and drug users outside hotel

Everything was dirty. We had hair in our bed, asked for new sheets/blankets and were told they didn’t think there were any more but they’d look into it and get back to us. 45 mins later we went back down and the staff were outside smoking, came in when they saw us only to say there was nothing. Their comment to us was that the blankets weren’t dirty, just ‘permanently stained’. We did eventually get a few sheets so we had something, but no blanket. Prior guests food was left in our fridge. Bathroom towel was left damp on the rack. If we didn’t arrive around midnight and have to be up and on the road at 7am we definitely would have walked out and found somewhere else to go. I’ve since emailed out complaints and have yet to have any response. Oh and they didn’t have room keys so the staff had to let you in your room.

I totally didn't like this property. You didn't get a room key. The wifi was nonexistent. There was no tv service. Without a room key the staff had a master key which is truly unsafe. The room was dirty and there was bedbugs

Pros: Air-conditioned Cons: Overpriced. Very sketchy area. Bedsheets were not clean, stained and full of hair. Bathroom was not clean. Multiple broken appliances (tiles missing from tub, leaking sink, rusty appliances). No bath mat provided. No key cards (had to approach staff each time we left the room) carpets were not clean and also stained. Lamps not pluged in. Outlets did not work. Service was poor. Paint peeling off the walls. Would not recommend.
