The hotel was clean, good location, staff was lovely. BUT ... nowhere on Hotels.com does it mention that the rooms have open ceilings - key information if you actually expect to sleep. The photos of the property are carefully cropped. It was like staying in one large dormitory. Even with eye masks and ear plugs provided, it was impossible to ignore every door that opened and shut, every toilet flush down the hall, every late arrival who crinkled paper and zipped open their suitcase at 3am. I consider myself a solid-to-heavy sleeper, and I was forced to change hotels rather than complete a planned 5-night stay. Had the ceilings been described on the property information, I absolutely would have stayed elsewhere despite Now Now's generally high ratings. I gave an average review because, as I said, there were a lot of good things and it's not clear whose fault this was. My experience highlights a major disconnect between properties and 3rd party booking agents like Hotels.com. If the property does not provide full information (which, to be fair its own website clearly states) and the 3rd party does not independently verify what they are given, you have a situation where the guest gets a rude shock when they get to their room.

Very modern hotel that’s well located and stylish. Works well for solo travelers. It’s a little like being in a college dorm because you have to use a communal bathroom. But it’s very clean and well-appointed. I guess if I had some minor complaints it would be that it can get a little noisy as the rooms are very close to one another and the ceilings aren’t completely enclosed. Also, this morning the shower water wasn’t getting hot, but they fixed it very quickly. I’m another 5’8”, and my feet reached the end of the bed, so if you’re taller than that, be prepared to bend your legs. Bottom line is that’s a very utilitarian place to stay. It gets the job done, but your room is only for sleeping and dressing.

Hi l had a great stay but so disappointed with your overnight attendant he was very rude on the first day i arrived to my stay he gave me a attitude when asking questions and concerning plus to top it he have me 201 the most noisy at night when i was trying to rest I had no sleep this was very unpleasant it was my birthday gateway and my place to rest was awful, I asked the night time attendant if he had a different room I explained and he was rude again and making faces like a child and he expressed that he had only something smaller than what I paid I couldn’t not tolerated his attitude so I just said ok is fine but it really was not ok I didn’t sleep and on top there was a man talking on the cell and snoring so loud it was just a nightmare this stay , the positive was that my room was clean and the housekeeper were awesome, but the evening/ overnight attendant he should’ve been training more in customer service and be more efficient and understanding . Room overall 5/10 it was warm a plus but so noisy in 201.

O espaço é agradável, o recepcionista que me recebeu foi simpático. A cama e o edredom são muito confortáveis. Sobre barulho, sim há, porém não é culpa do hotel, depende muito da sua “sorte”. Se na sua reserva puder reservar o andar só para mulheres, aposto que sua hospedagem será ainda melhor.

Fantastic stay, very safe, clean and comfortable solo stay. Highly recommended obviously a very compact room but very comfortable bedding was provided and the eye mask, slippers, robe and sound machine were nice extras.

Everything was superb. From everything being in walking distant to excellent customer service Very comfortable cabin. The only con for me is there is no elevator...so be sure you ok with walking up and down stairs. Other than that. I would recommend if you are a woman and traveling solo. I was on the 3rd floor. The showers are shared but nice and tidy.

The room was very clean and so were the showers and bathroom area. The location and price are unbeatable. Noise carries a lot as the top of the “cabins” are basically open so you can hear literally everything going on around you. And there’s no way to control the temperature - I got a bit warm overnight. But otherwise, it’s a big step up from a hostel stay and a great option for solo travelers.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from what’s basically a luxury pod hotel but it’s a million times nicer than the kind of pod hotel you’ve stayed in before - the bed and room are really comfortable and the shared shower/sink/toilet areas really lovely, with the robes being a nice touch. You might not want to stay here more than a few nights unless you’re good with small spaces, but there’s a lovely vibe in the place, and I slept excellently in a safe and private space - although the eye mask and earplugs are definitely essential! Would be nice if snorers gave this place a miss but since they’ll probably be there, it’s great you can shut them out.
