Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and the service was just phenomenal. We had fresh towels every day with the complimentary kits (dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit which had hair tie amongst other things). The staff always greeted us with a good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on time of the day. The rainforest vibe it had definitely gave us a very nice, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I would stay here again if i can continue to afford it 😁

Came to have an opportunity to observe the lyrid meteor shower in comfort. Really lovely resort, still in the process of fine tuning as this is during the soft launch period. Room comfortable with decent amenities. Breakfast is sumptuous and the staff try hard to accommodate all ( it was quite full when I stayed. Pool was lovely but quite small for the size of the hotel.

Amazing place to stay with a fantastic staff. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff both at the call centre and at the front desk. Made a call to the call centre to ask for a bucket of ice as the phone in the room wasn't working. Small issue to us, and the team quickly followed up with an email. Besides this and the lack of water station on level 3, the resort is definitely worth the trip. Will be back.

I enjoyed my 2 Nights Staycation at Rainforest Resort. An Awesome Short Break from work in SG. Resort Staff was very friendly, helpful & approachable. Service was Great. Room was new & very clean. Sanctuary View from my room was serene. Rooftop View of Tree Houses & River was Breathtaking! Enjoyed the buffet at Planter Shed during breakfast & dinner. Good restaurant for birthday celebration. Visited Zoo, River Wonders & Bird Paradise. All 5 Attractions very nearby. Thank You Banyan Tree. Very Proud of this unique resort in SG. I shall be back :)

A great stay and as rated. The only hiccups were the auto water dispenser in the room which was difficult to use in one of the rooms that we booked and the delayed check in. We booked three rooms, and only one was ready when we checked in. The wait wasn’t long for the other two but it was inconvenient to collect keys again as we had parents whose were on wheelchairs.
