The kids love the apartment bur check in is a bit complicates as filling out all details including address age, etc took me more than half an hour to fill it out especially with more than 4 people. Luckily we were able to do it inside the room otherwise everyone was so tired to wait for me to finish to fill out the check in procedures. Other than this, everything is excellent. Thank you for the stay.

Es un lugar exquisitamente amueblado, ultra cómodo, ideal para descansar en Hakone, lo único es moverse hacia las estaciones del transporte, considero que lo mejor es llevar su propio auto. The room is gorgeous with spacious living room. We enjoyed everything, from onsen, kitchen island and the dining area. This is a perfect hotel for relax and enjoying. The only drawback is that there's not much nearby. Also a little unsafe walking from the station, as the hotel is located along the curve road with cars and trucks approaching fast. We ended of calling cab every time since returned in the evening.
