The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Loved the rain shower and the interior decor. Bath products smelled nice.

Best hotel in Cleveland!

I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious!
