New hotel with top finishes and attentive staff. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and well-serviced. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to book a Deluxe room (facing the back - green wall). My initial room (premium) was extremely loud due to a highway next to the hotel. Thankfully, they could accommodate a room change for my last night and that was perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff and manager. I will be back.

Warm and welcoming staff. Great location.

The highlight of our stay was the staff - warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel made it convenient to get to most cafes, bars and restaurants in the Reforma/La Condesa/Polanco neighborhoods, and a short walk over to the museums within the Bosque de Chapultepec. We would stay here again.

We found this place because it was near to our appointment and the reviews were wonderful and now we know why. The place is immaculate and the service flawless. Well kept secret

The staff speaks English and is dynamic, friendly and helpful. Every morning the breakfast made on demand was fresh and perfectly nutritious. The room was not very large but still perfect for us two. The desk clerks helped us book a tour and gave helpful advice. The hotel was built in late 2024 so is in perfect condition.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. From pre-coordinating airport transfer, to the friendliest check in, to the included breakfast and daily housekeeping. It was a quiet location close to the main area and easy to get to. The staff were superb, really completing the amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.
