Esta bien pero nada extraordinario

El hotel esta muy lindo, tiene muchas opciones de actividades a realizar, la atencion es buena pero nada espectacular, cumplen con su trabajo pero no dan el plus para que uno se sienta super bien atendido. Es una gran ventaja que puedan utilizarse las instalaciones de los hoteles cercanos, ya que por ejemplo el lunes era una cantidad impresionante de gente en la piscina principal que hasta sentimos asco de meternos, y nos fuimos al hotel de al lado y super comodo y limpiecito. El espectaculo del domingo malisimo de los 4 cantantes no hacias ni medio, y fue el unico entretenimiento dela noche, y el lunes habia demasiada gente en el centro comercial y no habia nada mas que hacer, entonces si siento que les hacen falta opciones. Tambien si les llegan a ofrecer un cuarto de cama king size y que les ponen una cama individual adicional NO lo acepten, no hay nada como dormir en cama normal, nosotros lo aceptamos y fue un error, sinceramente la comodidad no es la misma. Si repetiriamos en caso de que hubiera algun descuento u oferta, pero al precio regular no lo pagariamos, creo hay mejores hoteles por ese precio. La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, bastante simple y con pocas opciones. La playa tiene mucho sargazo, pero pues te puedes meter. Si te gusta la tranquilidad es la mejor opcion para estar. Seria igual bueno ver si en temporada baja es lo mismo.Ah y es grande pero el transporte pasa rapido. No se camina tanto como en otros hoteles.

We spent 4 nights at this resort and everything was going great. The people were nice and the pools and beach were a lot of fun. But on our last full day we went on a half day excursion and during that time someone went thought out things and took $400 USD that was in our backpacks.

Beach area inundated with wild animals crawling in trash cans and jumping on people to get their food. Terribly unsanitary. Animal excrement in the corridors. Maid service was nothing more than fresh towels, bed made and an empty trash cans. Mo cleaning at all. Dirty bathroom mirror. Hair and soap left in the shower area. Food was so so. Was not offered any type of upgrade nor any resort credits. Staff was friendly. Won’t be back.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful, the grounds were clean, the pools were perfect, a strong effort to clean up the sea weed, but our room smelled like a damp barn when we checked in and we were just too tired to go back to the desk to ask for another room. The smell had improved by the next day. The restaurant’s were excellent but the buffet was not, 2 star at best, a lot of luke warm food, selection wasn’t great compared to other resorts and cruise ships we have been on.

We had a great time here as a family. I rated it 4 stars because I actually wanted people to read the rating! The staff are welcoming and very professional. You can pretty much do anything you want on the property...within reason of course. You can eat at as many restaurants as you want in a night or day, as long as you don't need a reservation for the dining option. You can request shots of don Julio at dinner, and receive as many as you want... There are 15 pools to choose from, you can either go in the busy "party pool" or you can go to a less busy more laid back pool. You can also explore the pools at the other resorts...except for the grand ;). If you are going to shop get a ride into play del Carmen and shop there as the shopping center prices are expensive. My husband and his friend golfed at the golf course and were impressed, rental clubs were high quality and the course was " really cool!" We travel to the Yucatan pensiula regularly and have stayed in several towns...we like to explore the towns ... this time we were far from both play del Carmen and Cancun,but the property was so large that there was plenty to do for the most part. The kids had fun in the pool and the Japanese restaurant was really fun! The food was good, and there were plenty of options. Bring your own water bottle and fill it at the filling stations... I think it's a great idea!! Watch out for the quatees, they may take the burgers out of your hands ;, but they are cute!

Es nuestro 3er año consecutivo visitándolos. Solo que esta vez viajamos con una bebé de 8 meses y nuestra preocupación era su alimentación. Pero en los buffet como en los restaurantes de especialidades siempre nos prepararán alimentos que pedíamos agradecemos a los Chefs Marco,Yessica, entre otros que no recuerdo sus nombres. personal de los bares y de las amenidades siempre atentos.

This is our 5th time visiting the Iberostar property. First, the good. The property was exceptionally clean, the staff was great as usual. The entertainment was pretty good. Now the bad. The food...We ate at the Mexican speciality restaurant and out of 6 of us, nobody finished their meal. The food was not that good. Now the buffet was sub par as well. Some food was cold when it was supposed to be hot, some of the food looked like it had been recycled for days. Rude guests cutting in line and people that can't control their kids. We had a group of 10 and we were all disappointed by the buffet. Just didn't taste fresh and seemed recycled day after day. Now the pool area. In 7 days we found 4 plastic cups in the water, not to mention lime wedges and other debris. Why only 2 bartenders at te pool bar??? on most days it was chaos trying to get a drink. Secondly, people eating food along the pool edge, you could literally see bits of food floating in the water, we seen a lady drop her plate of food and literally brush it under the pool lounger. Next, please put more staff in the food shops. there were lines out the door and the quality was lacking. And for the coffee and sandwich shop, why such short staff in the mornings, obviously the most busy time, as people age going for morning coffee as well as the people grabbing a bite before their excursions. Again, literally lines out the door at 8 o'clock in the morning. Our room stewars was absolutely fabulous.

La mayoria bien y el.equipo de animacion tienen siempre muy buena vibra. El edificio.se ve muy bien Cuidado y bien pintado. La gran mayoria de los empleados son muy serviciales. El punto malo fue que es muy dificil.comer en los restaurantes de especialidad, asi que si querias pasar un momento elegante con tu pareja es posible que te enfrentes con ese problema. De los 2 restaurantes que quiriamis reservar Geisha (Japones) y el rancho , solo el rancho logramos encontrar reserva 1 noche , checamos cada dia y eso que estuvimos 9 dias. El Geisha nunca tuvo espacio. Mi opinion es que se les ha de saturar los restaurantes porque el.hotel tamvien vende pases de 1 dia para personas que no estan hospedadas y pues en mi opinion sobrepasan la capacidad
