The front desk staff was so helpful when we first arrived in Prague—she immediately shared ideas and had wonderful suggestions for things to do. The bellman was extremely prompt and accommodating with every request. Breakfast was top-notch (don’t miss the chocolate donuts!). The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and all modes of public transportation. Overall, this was a fantastic spot to stay in downtown Prague.

This property is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the Old Town and Charles Bridge, and is situated below the castle. It is close to everything while away from the street noises. It is a charming place.

Pro: large room when booking a triple room, towel heaters, tons of storage, good location for Mala Strana sights on foot Cons: elevator only goes to second floor so you have to carry luggage up sketchy half spiral staircase to reach upper floors, breakfast is okay Hotel name is not in English. Overall decent facilities. Easy to hear neighbors above so although the hotel is quiet I had a difficult sleep. Butt that's fairly consistent all over Europe. Stay at Bishops House instead (which is also an AVE property) Ahmad is right next to the Charles Bridge.
