Avoid this place, HORRIBLE! The self check in there is flawed, the front door pad impossible to see easily in dark, and they gave wrong room name so hard to locate the place.. Next, shower issue, and they promised to come in next day to check and address it, however, next day no one came to check, and there was simply NO hot water.. we contacted the property owner/manager many times, no one responded.. I was waiting for this hot water issue addressed first to shower etc., only to find out that there is simply no water available, period, and of course owner unavailable… today after I left, the owner/manager strangely suddenly message me, without apologizing for the major problem, they ask me to help them work on water valve… they had issues with water system, they should not rent it out in the first place.. besides, find out neighbor had water fine, it’s not city problem

The place was nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room however was very hot and humid despite having a large fan. Otherwise, the hotel is also conveniently located in the city, only short walks away from popular attractions.

Achei a hospedagem excelente, entrega exatamente o que foi prometido, as respostas são sempre muito rápidas pelo WhatsApp, o atendimento foi sempre muito gentil e educado. O lugar é lindo, há uma área com cozinha e sala que se pode alugar por um preço bem simbólico e utilizar, que faz o lugar se tornar uma pequena residência. A localização é muito boa e dentro do que foi prometido e o preço que é pago considero a hospedagem 100% recomendável

There wqs no TV. The place was nice for the price. The problem was that Antigua has a late afternoon life. We went out came back at 8:06 and the main door was locked. It is like an apartment. There is noone that can help. I knock, and knocked and knock after a long while this nice guy opened the door.I think he lives inside the property, but not sure. I really got scared. My heart dropped. I do not recomend this place, only for that reason. If they provide you with a key for the mai door that it is a good place to stay.

El detalle es que los cuartos se sentían con mucho olor a humedad y polvo, obviamente todo generado tambien por el mismo clima y el tipo de paredes que eran como de piedra rústica, pero si trabajan en eso serían un lugar mucho más acogedor

Para entrar a la casa hay que caminar por un pasillo que no tiene nada de iluminación desde la calle, incluso la puerta de entrada a la casa no tiene iluminación lo cual hace sentirlo inseguro

This is a $35 dolars property but for the season on christmas they increased to $120 with NO extra amenities. Expensive as an hotel but NO breakfast nor cleaning service. I had to ask for extra towells at least for the price we deserve some extra towels. And an extra linen because the bed was so hard that i needed to put some quilts over to make it some confortable. I think the normal $35 prices is okay but not the $120 because you can find hotels for that price.

Simple AirBnB-like place in loft of house

No contact with owners whatsoever; didn’t reply to my message either. More like an anonymous AirBnB. Clear instructions for check-in though. Be aware that this room is a loft; it has a railing to separate it from a living room below, but if you’re uncomfortable with heights this isn’t for you. Room itself was clean but the bathroom was covered in sand.
