Great place to stay for a weekend trip! Our room was large and clean and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Decent buffet breakfast and the restaurant right next door is convenient and serves great food! The fitness center had good equipment as well. Perfect location by the river walk. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. Such a different vibe of a room layout--loved that. We didn't experience the bar or breakfast, but the beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The only issue we had was that we made our reservation well in advance and when we checked in we were told they oversold King rooms so we had 2 Queens. Didn't love that.

The female manager was rude and not helpful. I was charged fees that weren't listed on the 3rd party booking site then was accidentally charged for an entire stay for one of two rooms booked. I was told my meal would be taken off my bill but I still got charged for it. The handicapped room is on the 7th floor which isn't handicapped friendly - has a tub not a shower stall. The room smelled like mold and the carpet hadn't been vaccumed and the cups provided were filthy. No one explained how to operate the multiple switches in the room including the thermostat. Overall, poor staff and terrible stay.

Quaint hotel with plenty to do!

We were there 2 nights for a family wedding in the area. It is a quaint, lovely hotel with a beautiful large bathroom. We loved its walkability to restaurants, boutiques and other small local businesses. The bar restaurant at hotel was a nice place to hang out & drinks were great! Also loved being by historical sites with information provided. Wouod definitely stay again, although it did seem a bit overpriced.

Comfy and Clean

We found this hotel late in the evening off the hotel.com app while traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio. We got to the hotel late (midnight) but Jasmine (front staff) was very efficient at getting us checked in and provided us each with a nice complimentary water bottle. The beds were very comfortable and we literally stayed until check-out time to catch up on some much needed rest. They have great blackout curtains and the large bathroom and beautiful shower was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room. Sounds like Hilton renovated this historic hotel about 7-8 months back. Also, the soaps have a scent that appeals to men, which was nice for my crew. I would certainly stay again.
