Expedite virtual assiistant booked the wrong days. I couldn’t get Expedia or the hotel to fix it at any point prior to the days or after. I will now have to fight the charge with the credit card company. The virtual assistant cuts off the chat whenever you highlight a problem. I ahave used expedite for nearly 30 years. Excellent hospitality, polite behaviour of all the staffs,... Room is very clean and large, ...all the facilities are available.. totally value for money..Full satisfied
