We had to wait about 30 min to check in as the front desk agent wasn’t there. The coffee maker sucks, get a kurig. Not everybody wants espresso. The vending machine just outside. Our door was about 97% empty.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a decent place to stay while exploring the many splendors that Marin County has to offer in the Mill Valley, Sausalito, Corte Madera and Larkspur area. Not fancy, but clean and safe with free parking and friendly staff to boot

this is great if you need to be in Marin for a business meeting or one night stay. The only issue I have is that the air conditioner does not cool the room down so I don't think the middle of summer is a great time to stay there. But it's clean, comfortable and quieter than I expected it to be given that it's near a road.

We stayed as a family of four and liked the modern look—the paved lot makes it feel much cleaner and more updated than a typical motel. The location is fairly safe; you can walk to Peet's Coffee or the library, and the mall is right across the street. The rooms are modern, though they lack a closet and had a small gap under the door. We appreciated the free coffee and water in the lobby, but keep in mind that the EV charger isn't free. At this price point, it’s a very affordable home base for exploring nearby spots like Muir Woods and Stinson Beach. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly, minimal but clean stay.

This was a very cute spot in Corte Madera. Clean room, good coffee in the room. No breakfast but Peet’s Coffee is a 1-min walk away. Would absolutely stay again!

It was clean and adequate except for the shower water control; we had to get cool water in the ice picket to make the shower doable; the water temperature regulator was not working properly so it was very hot the regulator would not get it to a warm enough temperature so it was too hot.
