服務細心，我check out後叫酒店幫我call taxi，幫我call完後，因的士不能直達酒店門口，還派員工陪同我出路口(其實不足一分鐘路程)等的士，陪我等到的士到，送埋我上車才回酒店。

Minha estadia no Hotel Prato dei Miracoli foi maravilhosa. O grande destaque do hotel é a localização simplesmente perfeita, literalmente em frente à Torre de Pisa e à Piazza dei Miracoli. Em poucos passos você já está diante de um dos monumentos mais famosos do mundo, o que torna a experiência na cidade ainda mais especial. O quarto é confortável, bem organizado e muito limpo, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável. Um detalhe que tornou tudo ainda mais especial foi que nosso quarto também tinha vista para a Torre de Pisa, algo realmente inesquecível. Poder abrir a janela e ver um dos monumentos mais icônicos do mundo tão de perto é uma experiência única. O atendimento também foi muito bom, com uma equipe simpática e sempre prestativa. Foi uma estadia excelente e certamente recomendo para quem quer viver a experiência de se hospedar praticamente em frente à Torre de Pisa

Incredible location being able to see the leaning tower from my hotel room. Room itself was nice, great bathroom and comfortable bed. For tourists a great hotel if it is a 1 day stay and you do not have alot of luggage. Only issue is hotel lift is incredibly slow, so if you have large bags, then either find a different hotel, deal with the slow lift, or lift them up the stairs (max 2 floors) yourself

This is an amazing hotel with the Leaning Tower of Pisa literally outside the front door. The rooms were lovely and unusually but tastefully decorated with all the usual amenities and smelled beautiful. We booked a rear room with views of the courtyard and rooftops we were only there for one night on our way home from Florence so didn’t really want to pay extra for the tower view when it was outside the front door. We were able to wander around in the evening and experience the tower and cathedral without the crowds it was great. There’s a taxi stand within view of the hotel costing approximately €15 to the train station and airport it was so convenient for us. The staff were helpful and after checkout kept our bags so we could continue to enjoy the sites before our flight later in the day. You get a key card that opens the front door and your room so convenient. There didn’t appear to be any other hotels on this row it was a great find! 😀

Fantastic location right across from the heart of the tourist center of Pisa, with the perfect view of the leaning tower. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfy, and bathroom was good if a little tight. I would absolutely stay here again if we return to Pisa and would recommend it to others.
