The host Ngoc was very nice and accommodating but the property was definitely not well maintained. The place was dirty with stains and marks on the tables and walls. The couch was very dirty and filthy. I asked Ngoc to bring me a cover for the couch. The most uncomfortable part was the bathtub and shower. The design was horrible plus there were no shower curtains so every time I shower all the watet splashed and ran out to the floor. It flooded the bathroom. I hated a wet bathroom, I had to ask for towels and floor rugs but the floor was still overflowing. The listing showed there was a pool and gym but she told me that the access system was down so we can't go to the pool. She did help open the door to the gym when I asked but didn't want to bother her so ended up not going on other days. Overall the location was great but they need to maintain and clean the property a bit

I was expecting a better experience. Overall the apartment is OK. The bathroom is one of the worse design I've ever seen, not functional at all. I was supposed to have access to a pool. It ended up I had to call 10 min in advance if I wanted to access it. I gave up. Make sure to ask all details during the check-in (building access, garbage, pool access, amenities). For sure the area is quiet and secure, with a couple of restaurants, Vincom center mall a block away, multiple convenient stores opened 24/7, but ends up being kind of boring to my opinion. The huge park on the river bank remains the main attraction around.

This was my 4th trip to Ho Chi Minh City and my 4th time staying at this place – that should say it all! The location is good, the room is comfortable, and the host is consistently welcoming and helpful. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Check in was easy. They generally respond within the hour. This was our second time staying with them and each time the place provided was a cozy experience. There is cleaning available as well. There is a Vincom mall nearby with groceries as well as plenty of food options in and around the area. The gym does not get crowded and machines available for use.

It Was Fine

The Vinhomes property itself was nice and well kept. The location was ideally located, in the same vicinity as Landmark 81 where there’s a shopping center and Skyview attraction. There was also a scenic park 5 walking minutes away where we were able to watch koi fish and have our children play. Our building was a quick 15 minute Grab ride into District 1 where you’ll find the Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh market, and Cafe Apartment. While good, our stay could have been better. Our booking was for 5 people but we only had linens and towels for 4. One of the bathrooms had a loose toilet seat. We were supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom so we ended up having to grab more at the convenient store for the remainder of our stay. There was condensation in the AC unit for one of the bedrooms so we turned it off. The building also had a pool and although we inquired with our host, we ultimately could not use it because our host did not grant us access.

Poor and shabby condition of apartment. Nothing like advertised including balcony with no furniture just a washing machine on it. No shower curtain so bathroom swamped every day. Cupboards wouldn’t close and some were filthy inside. Very limited crockery and cutlery. For a premium apartment it was anything but.

The place was quiet and spacious. There was a washer and enough room to hang dry clothes. It has a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. I work from home and the WiFi was good enough. It is in an area with many restaurant options and cafes nearby as well as a mall. The gym had plenty of options for any type of workout and was never packed during the day.

Fraud advertising, places doesn’t look like what showed in the photos. Couch is old and dirty. Bathrooms are old and disgusting, broken toilet seat etc, really need an update. Reports the problem to the host but couldn’t get a hold of the her until we have already checked out “sorry I was sick during the time you messaged me ?😅” (she was really nice at check in)... Will never come back, and I Do Not recommend this ghetto place.
