Staff was extremely friendly, made you feel at home. The resort was gorgeous! Beach as closed, but Ivan and Julian did amazing at helping us plan excursions. Beautiful!!! The grounds are wonderfully kept, the rooms are modern and clean, the food was fantastic, and the staff is one to admire. We had the room with the swim up pool. It was the best decision! Our room was close to the pool bar and Bettyna was on call! Her friendly and attentive service made our stay all the better. We will most definitely return.

The corner room exceeded expectations. We had a butler and free room service daily. Staff super friendly and helpful from moment arrive to door. Thank you Janet and Freddie making it extra special. Food overall was good (just order steaks well done as were undercooked). Restaurant options were good. Overall totally enjoyed stay and facilities. Beach is disappointed just because of the location and not clear but by no fault of hotel. Location is a little isolated but we urbered around. If beach was better I would go here yearly:)

The staff were wonderful but we were limited to only one or two restaurants per meal and almost no activities. The designated teen area had a foosball table, ping pong etc but smelled musty and there was almost no one there. Lots of advertising for extras but no discount for all the things on the website that are not actually available.
