Nice hotel tucked away on a quieter side street. walking distance to Post Office, Opera House, Japan Town and Vincom Center. Hotel staff are excellent and very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was very good. Lobby recently renovated but rest of hotel needs an upgrade. We were on the 11th floor and were awaken often during our week long stay by staff noises early in the mornings coming from the 12th floor. Walkway up to the pool was a bit dingy but the pool and lounge were nice and comfortable. Good overall stay just stay away from the 11th floor.

Overall, room condition and staffs are nice. However I am not comfortable with hotel policy about the agreement form to be signed before staying. There is a clause saying that I need to pay extra VND700k if there is additional person during my stay, and I was confirmed by the receptionist that I was the only person during my stay. That sounds extremely uncomfortable to me as I should have paid 2 people pricing in Hotels.com website already. Why should I pay additional charge for second person? I feedback my concern to receptionist, they explained to me that it is because there is different charges for 1 or 2 people staying in the hotel, but there is no such option in Hotels.com that I can choose I am single traveler. Hotel should able to identify which customer has paid full amount of 2 people during the stay, and which customer doesn't. And this clause shouldn't standardize for all customers because hotel management still has the rights to get money from single traveler such as me, if they find any additional person is staying with me during my stay in the hotel. Besides, the soundproofing of hotel is bad as my door was knocked by hotel staff saying that my sound was too loud and I was having phone call only. I am pretty sure that my voice would be much lower than baby crying. For those travelers need quiet place, this hotel would not an option for you.

Loved our stay! The place is beautiful, but they were doing some construction in the lobby, so an alternate entrance in the garage had to be used. But concierge and attendannts were all set up to cater to guests from there. The rooftop bar abd pool had wonderful views as did our rooms on the 9th and 10th floors. And the staff was extremely nice and attentive. And the breakfasts were very tasty with western and Vietnamese selections. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to any friends with plans to visit.

My ladt 4 days in Saigon was again at Kin Hotel. I really like the street Thi Sach were this hotel is located. It is very central close to everything in walking distance, but at the same time very quiet. The hotel staff was very cute and helpful. Assist me with everything mad me so welcome. 5 star for the staff.
