Excellent hotel. Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. In-room amenities are excellent and bed is very comfortable so an excellent night’s sleep. Design of hotel is stylish and modern. Breakfast is excellent. Pool and gym are high quality and a great experience.

Definitely A Must

All the staff I encountered were all very friendly, helpful and had suggestions for places to visit. Great new hotel. Rooms were spacious, well laid out and had great city views. I was lucky to get a view of Petronas Towers. Breakfast is on 19th floor with city views and Petronas Towers. Amazing selection of local as well as international cuisine. Post breakfast this is an Italian restaurant. There is a 24 hour gym. The open top pool is on the top floor as is the bar and is well laid out. Staff in the bar were accommodating and helpful. The ground floor has a restaurant too. All in all, a great new contemporary hotel which embraces the original sources of Malaysia, is very central, walking distance to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, shopping malls and public transport.

Purchased a family room for two adults and two kids however in the room was only one double bed, how can four people sleep on one double beds. Spoke to hotel and they said it is Hotel.com problem however my question is who provided them with maximum occupancy ? So overall ruined our sleep as one person had to sleep on tiny sofa

New, modern, young and vibrant property. I like the free of charge valet parking for in house guest. The 19th floor breakfast restaurant with amazing views and interior designs. The service was good but short of staff especially at the concierge or parking area where I have pull & push the hotel trolley that full of my luggage myself to "Grab" car. My luggage was parked there unattended. The room set up is nice and modern. Just one thing I would like to highlight is the lighting in the toilet and shower room are insufficient and too dark. It made me feels uncomfortable. Overall room design is fantastic. I also love the bathrobes and tempting to buy one from the hotel.

Staff a bit inexperienced. New hotel interior design is innovative. Don't leave vacuum cleaners laying in hallways. Don't hang out by my room with the door unlocked and open even though you are done cleanjng.That was shoddy. And the breakfast restaurant appeared overwhelmed Sat. morning. Not a very good experience. Some hotels take their breakfast very serious and attend to their guests very well. Not yours on this Saturday. Memorably bad service. Out of many food items at 9:45. You can train staff and improve. More smiling please.

Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL. J’y ai séjourné plusieurs fois lors de mes vacances en Malaisie et j’ai toujours été très satisfait. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre comme son nom l’indique : moins de 15 minutes à pied des tours Petronas, de la tour Menara ou encore du quartier animé de Bukit Bintang. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, la piscine offre une magnifique vue, et les chambres sont modernes, propres et très bien équipées.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a Centro Comercial Torres Petronas y al metro. Con vista espectacular en su piscina infinita, a las Torres Petronas y grandes edificios. Desayuno muy completo y variado, super delicioso. Todo el personal muy amable. Lo único es que nos dieron una habitación en piso bajo y era muy oscura y fria. Es mejor tomar las habitaciones de pisos altos que deben ser mas claras y con temperatura ambiente.
