I stayed here for 9 days solo, was a great experience. The room was clean and everything was explained well to me on arrival including the fact that they charge for electricity, the ladies were very helpful, and there’s a security guard on site during the evenings who also very kind. The washing machine worked well, I used it 3/4 times, make sure to ask how to switch the water on during your guided tour when you arrive. The air conditioning was fantastic and worked well, just remember to switch it off when you’re not in the room. The TV took some detective work lol I had to find and Instal the device in the draws under the TV to get it to work, but once it did I was able to watch Netflix etc, just takes a little work. It’s a safe area as a solo female traveler I walked around in the evenings with ease and there’s a Tops (kinda like 7/11) right next door that’s open 24/7 overall it was a great stay, would recommend and stay again myself, the overall cost of the electric was around eight hundred bear in mind that’s over the course of nine days with me using the washing machine a few times and occasionally leaving the air-conditioning on 24/7. The deposit five thousand which you get back at the end of your stay, they deduct your electric costs from that, and there’s also a cleaning fee that’s non refundable. They communicated really well and Whatsapped me all these details before my stay started. And you can use that WhatsApp to ask any extra questions during your stay.
