This is a beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and very well decorated, as was the whole hotel. We did not use the spa or the restaurant, but I'm sure they would have been great as well!

Sue at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. All the staff were friendly. Wish the pool stayed open further into October. Need a thermostat guide. Awesome time. Our dog enjoyed it too. We’ll be back. Thank you

3 friends enjoying a weekend away. The hotel is lovely and our room was very comfortable. Weddings onsite prevented us from being able to enjoy the outside patio but luckily the pool was still open. While small, it was clean and warm, which we did get to utilize. We ate lunch at the restaurant which was very tasty, but a bit pricey, so we opted to eat the rest of our meals in town. The location is great. A five minute drive from many shopping and dining options. We walked around town and thoroughly enjoyed all there was to see. We barely scratched the surface of all the activities in the area.

The staff was super friendly and nice, it is a beautiful place but there was hair on the bathroom floor and the room was way too bright with all the electronics, blinking lights and thermostat. Had a hard time sleeping.

Two days at the Spa

Basically a very nice place; newish, clean, nice design. Staff was friendly and helpful. Less than perfect was housekeeping. I was not expecting 2 double beds. I don’t remember whether I was given a choice at reservation time but I would not have made that choice. Overall an excellent two day stay.

Relaxing location, beware of room choice!

Lovely location, spa was amazing and we really enjoyed the Regent restaurant, although it is a bit pricey, we were able to share plates and that was nice to give us a chance to try everything we wanted. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 210, 211. We constantly heard the staff door below slamming from about 6a-10p.

Had an excellent stay at the brand new Brookmere Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. I want to give a special shoutout to Jose from the restaurant staff, who helped me with a personal request. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Great hospitality all around — highly recommend!

New hotel

New hotel, open about 8 weeks. Great decor. Very spacious room, we chose the king with a sitting room. Water pressure and temp took a little finessing. Plenty of parking and good coffee in the morning. Very close to the golf course and track. Ten minutes from downtown.

Lovely new hotel on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs. Good restaurant & bar, clean spacious rooms & a friendly staff. Still working out a few kinks but priced very well against in town locations & only 10 minutes away. Well worth a stay if you're going to explore the area.
