The staff was very courteous. They let us know before check-in that the hot water heater was being repaired and that there may not be hot water. The pool/hot tub was a nice amenity but the flooring in that area was covered with something black that I assume was mildew. The tiles in the bathroom were loose.

Restroom was never cleaned from the previous guests stay. The trash was full. Hairs all over the restroom. I called the front desk and asked if they could clean it after I checked in. They never showed up to clean it. I saw housekeeping the following morning and let him know about it. He said he’d take care of it and didn’t.

Corporate should pay a visit to bring this property back into the decent Motel 6 fold. Something happened here that I cannot explain, but points to management issues. The room was dirty with stains on the floor and there was dried blood stains on the pillowcases. The only soap in the room was a half bottle of dishwashing soap and a can of Comet cleanser next to the toilet and brush. I don't remember a hotel room that had a toilet brush left in it. The front desk who checked me in was nice and capable, but she appeared to be the only one holding this place together. I'm glad I brought a sleeping bag on my trip because with the stains on the pillowcases I had zero faith that the sheets had been washed. I slept on top of the bed. I did not shower as it looked as unclean as the rest of the room. There was a thick layer of soap on the countertop with the sink and the sink in the bathroom had long hairs in it. The mirror was filthy too. I'm writing this while ensconced in another Motel 6 in Tucson that is everything I expect a Motel 6 to be: clean and in good order. This stay is going much better than the night in Las Cruces. Please rescue that location for your own sake or sell it off and let the transients take it over. thank you for reading my rant.

I love staying here at motel/studio 6 in las cruces. I stay here very frequently and i will say i feel like i come back home to ser my friends when i stay here. If i ever do have a request or suggestion they immediately act on The matter. I can relax in the hot tub have cogfee and chat with front desk attendant Joann each mor i g and do my laundry too. Its just comforting and friendly making travel stay so much eaaier. Thank you guys!! Great team!! DH

got woke up at 2-3 by loud TV noise for more than 1 hour. Called front desk several times and took very long time. AC was very noisy too. We didn’t get good sleep. Need to get full refund.
