Awful experience

It was very dirty, the pool was not avaliable and we had no housekeeping service the whole stay. If it wasn't for a last minute stay we would've asked for refund and not stayed. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the whole room in order for my family to feel a little comfortable because it was filthy when we got there and it smelled bad.

Needs Help!

Getting off the elevator the floor and carpeting was stinky and dirty. The room floor was sticky the bathroom floor was not so good either. Really lacking facility.
