房間偏小到兩個人算可以，浴室淋浴室用浴簾不太方便其他都還算OK，公設很漂亮早餐也不錯，特別要注意的事如果雨季住這間飯店，機場接駁車可能會因為下豪雨而停駛，所以去機場的時間要抓鬆一點

It's a beautiful hotel and the breakfast they served was definitely over-the-top. The only issues we had were that we booked a "family room", essentially 2 rooms that are supposed to be connected with each other. The door between the rooms was locked. Front desk was supposed to send someone to unlock the door - that never happened. The airport shuttle was supposed to be convenient. That didn't work for us, either, because our flight was delayed. It's hard to contact the hotel - no one really answers the phone. When I saw how big it is and how many people go in and out of it, it made sense why personal service isn't very good.

Hotel is new. Bed is comfortable. Shuttle to the airport is free and timely as scheduled. Suggested need for improvement is to have an extended shuttle service to/from mall (follow mall hours) especially during the holidays since though the hotel location is a close proximity to Ayala Malls Manila Bay it is not walkable enough to do so.

Room was great! However, the airport shuttle service needs an overhaul. 1) As displayed, first service was 8:30 then next is 12 noon. 2) Cannot prebook because it is a first come, first served basis. Arrived around 7 AM with no line up. Only to be told that the 8:30 is full. So, how can someone reserve on a first come, first served basis?

The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms and great facilities. Overall, the property is well maintained and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant in many ways. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge significantly affected our impression. The concierge named Iya was unhelpful and came across as arrogant. When we asked for assistance booking a Grab car due to having a lot of luggage, she refused to help. I also noticed her signal to the staff next to her not to assist us with booking a Grab and instead directed us to have a guard help us get a taxi. Later, other staff informed us that taxis rarely pass by the area and that Grab cars that do come are usually already booked, which made the situation even more frustrating. This lack of support and inconsistent information was disappointing, especially from someone in a guest-facing role. That said, I want to commend the staff stationed at the door, who was extremely helpful and professional. Their kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference and helped us when we needed it most. The hotel has excellent potential, but I hope management addresses this concierge experience, as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the staff or the property.

very mixed. Stayed in the executive suite. Was served food with allergens even after we informed the kitchen. so people with food issues/allergies should be very careful. menu was often incorrect with listed ingredients and the allergen signage was often incorrect. Had to switch hotels and were still charged for time not at the hotel. Management misrepresented to hotels.com claiming a full stay even after leaving early. rest of staff was nice. rooms were pretty clean. slightly higher humidity in the room then desired. Short taxi ride to the malls. walking is possible but a little tricky with tons of traffic. If you are on a working trip and want a comfortable upright chair to sit in while working at your laptop. Will likely need to sit in your room unless you are ok with it in your lap. The place is super busy... with huge crowds for the breakfast buffet but they organize it pretty well... Be prepared to stand in long lines. Listed photos represent a comfortable lobby but it's more like an empty gymnasium with tons of noise and Condo sales people
