Perfect stay!

What a dream room! This was our favourite stay of our 3 week holiday! Amazing room, great location, bathroom was had its own jacuzzi surrounded by caves which added to the aesthetic! Francesco was super friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip and was always 1 message away to help with our needs. Would highly recommend everyone to vsiit Fortaleza Charme House!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfectly walkable to Ortigia while still having access to ample parking options. The rooms were big, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, Francesco was soo friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay as good as it could possibly be. He had great recommendations not only for Syracuse, but for all of Sicily. We would go back just to stay here!!!

We had a lovely stay on our honeymoon at Forteleza Charme House. Our room was spotless and decorated so beautifully. It felt practically brand new! We had a nice terrace with a gorgeous view of the harbor. The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of everything. We were taken great care of by Francesco who is so kind and hospitable. He helped us in many ways throughout our stay and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants.
