The bed rolled if across floor. No wheel stopper. The tv did not work. When guest service came they reached around the back to turn it on. We had to unplug it to turn it off. Could not find how they had turned it on. All in all not a good experience at all and not exactly inexpensive either.

Look elswhere

It is a somewhat reconditioned old motel. Rooms have a new coat of paint and new flooring. But the furniture is ancient. The bathroom was atrocious including: rusty fixtures, a square shower/bathtub with non-functioning water jets, and bad caulking throughout. It also has a a large cutout between the bathroom and bedroom with no glass. (See picture) Sounds and odors pass freely into the bedroom. Very unappealing! The free breakfast was abysmal. The check-in staff were courteous and the place appeared to be clean. Given the price ($200/night) it was way overpriced.

Nice place to stay!

Our stay was good, on par with other places we've stayed. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed was very large and comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub and they were clean and nice as well. It was a nice stay.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yastigin üzerine saçlar bulduk. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan kişi nazikti ve hemen değiştirdi. Gün içinde ve gece aralıklı olarak yoğun bir weed kokusu geliyordu. Bu bizi çok rahatsız etti. Kahvaltı vasattı. Yeri güzel, fakat yenilenmesi gerekiyor.

Hotel from Hell. What a dump!

The whole property was a dump. They charged me $250 a night for a totally sub-standard room. There were insects in the room.The outer door had no lock or handle so anyone could enter at any time. There was no maid service during my stay. I had to go to the desk to get my own toilet paper. All external doors are open 24/7 to anyone. Avoid this place.

Newly remodeled and friendly staff

We were visiting family in the area and chose here because we know the area. The resort was clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly, especially Kelly. The breakfast was not much, just a cereal bar, some muffins and bagels and coffee so we ate at a local restaurant down the street. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The staff did their best to maneuver around the renovations. It would have been helpful to know about them for expectation management. Spacious rooms, but washroom in need if updating. Very dog friendly. I would give them another chance and stay again
