とても清潔感のあるホテルで、ロビーにはランタンの飾りがあり入り口からテンションがあがりました。 朝食もとても美味しく食べたいものが多くて迷ってしまいました。 部屋に付いていたバウチャーで、プールサイドにてドリンクをお得にいただけました。 ホテルの入口が階段なので、荷物を運ぶのは少し大変でした。

Amazing hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saga hotel. We're a family of 4 (9 year old & 5 year old) and had a room with stairs that had a king bed on a mezzanine and two singles downstairs which was perfect for us. The hotel, especially the room was immaculately clean, and the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The included breakfast was the most extensive buffet I've had at a hotel before, such a great range to suit everyone. We booked because of the rave reviews and were not disappointed!

Family friendly hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has lots of options at buffet even for vegetarians. King size bed is massive. Biggest one I’ve seen in Vietnam. Tv only has YouTube not Netflix etc. Pool is good sized but a few more sun lounges would be good. Bed is comfortable and free mini bar made kids happy. For the price it’s good value. As other review have said you can hear the kids early morning in the pool so if you’re a light sleeper ask for room away from the pool. The kids play area is mostly broken and needs refurbishing. Short walk to some good restaurants

Hade inte det bra med andra gäster som bodde där som var väldigt högljudda sent på kvällen och tidigt på morgonen. Pratade med personalen och dem tog det på allvar och skötte det väldigt bra. 10/10 till all personal där alla från städningen, poolen, frukost/restaurangen och i receptionen.

Great hotel and staff

The most attentive attentive staff on the front desk. They kept checking to see what we needed throughout organised a private car to My son and shuttles to the beach and town, helpful and courteous throughout. Another great breakfast here as well. We were given an upgrade on arrival to a suite. We couldn't fault the Hotel or Staff

Fantastisk koselig hotell med en fantastisk service og en utrolig sjarme. Fine rom og et flott bassengområde + veldig god frokost og god restaurant. Vi i familien reiste mye rundt i Vietnam og bodde på mange gode hoteller og alle var enige om, viss vi skulle tilbake et sted, så var det her. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Real relaxing experience with great staff

We had a great time at the saga. We checked in a bit late at night so it was a bit rush, but we got a free room upgrade which was truly great. The room was spacious , and the bed was super big and comfortable. We tried room service too , and the food was great and not really overpriced. Pool was big and clean as well, but need to be fast to grab one of the limited chairs if you want to get some sun. Where the hotel really shines is with the staff. They are very attentive and helpful and gives a really personal touch. They asked about our day every morning and knew our names after day 2 Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely hotel with pool

Lovely place to stay, pool perfect to cool off on a hot day. A little far out from town to walk in the heat but in cooler weather is doable. Bike ride to the beach and through the rice fields is fun.

Staff were excellent,well trained and attentive with good English skills. Rooms were modern and neat and the pool area is very relaxing. 25k vnd to old town by grab or free bike in the garage if you feel energetic. The breakfast covered all bases especially the western food but they also had good vegetarian options. Spa attached makes a one stop shop for relaxation. If you want a tour or anything really just go to the front desk and everything will be sorted. Can’t say enough about how good the staff were it was amazing. We will be back.
