Had to wait at check in desk for another guy to show up tv didn’t work in room had to get them to come up and get it going still dirt on floor in corners bathroom counter smears all over it stained or dirty towels and wash clothes and not much water pressure in the tub

Not at all what the pictures look like

This place is a complete dump. The pictures must be of their best room. There are room numbers written in sharpie, screens missing, people living there running up and down the halls, stuff all over the hallways, no working pool or hot tub, no breakfast offered, and everything is just messy and dirty. The room itself that I was in wasn’t terrible, but everything else was sketchy.

room needs repairs and updating. A/C cover on floor. Pictures and mirror sitting on tables. Carpet had tape holding it down at door. Room was clean and check-in was easy and staff was polite. Bathroom was clean and huge. It was very quiet. Overall, the stay it was good and was a good value

Hotel was ran down with wall paper peeling, stained towels/sheets, flooring missing/tore, water stained ceiling tile, severely neglected landscaping, people living there clearly on drugs, room poorly cleaned prior to arrival, no staff/room services, hotel stunk and elevator had garbage in over head lighting. Would like a major refund.

There was a leak in the ceiling that made the floor wet. The hotel looked like it was under construction. The pull out sofa bed required all 4 of us to pull it out because it was stuck. The manager was grumpy. I guess you get what you pay for? It is cheap.
