Great hotel questionable Valet

This hotel is excellent if you value great customer service and comfortability. It’s only minutes from the river walk which is amazing! The only issue I had with my stay is the REQUIRED valet parking for 60$ daily when they don’t have much of a system that can guarantee your car will be ready when you’re ready to depart. Beautiful

Friendly staff from valet to check in desk. Victor was so nice and informative. Rooms beautiful and comfortable the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Room service was delicious. Hanger steak Mac n cheese French onion soup keylime pie. Excellent. The bar was fun and great ambiance

Excellent stay

Fantastic experience, highly recommend. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed the property so much. It was beautiful and very modern with a great staff.

Sticky Fingers

Property was nice; however, I valeted my car and while it was in the custody of the valet several items were take from the car. I contacted the Kimpton, they asked a few questions including if I wanted to file a claim. I said yes and they went silent. I emailed twice to follow up but no response. Poor customer service and follow through. Won’t stay there again. They hired the valet company so I looked to them to resolve this.

Beautiful clean property! We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. We will come back! Also, of note the property is not directly on the riverwalk but is about an 10 minute walk away.
