The room was not as it appeared in the pictures. The sink was cracked, and the chair was so dirty that I was unable to sit in it; it could only be replaced, not cleaned. The floor was also dirty. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bedsheets were dirty and had holes in them, as if they had been burned by cigarettes. The pillowcases were ripped.
We called the hotel number posted at the reception desk but did not receive any response. We emailed immediately but have yet to hear back. Since we didn't receive any response and couldn't reach the reception desk in the morning, we decided to move to a better hotel. When we returned at 9 AM to check out, the receptionist informed us that we needed to get a refund through Hotels.com, but Hotels.com states that the property needs to approve it. However, the property has not approved the refund, even though it has been a week.
