Front desk receptionist did not know how to respond some questions I ask. They need to be trained like how to resolve or answering even when the manager is not in the hotel that moment. Or have like a book or folder like a manual instruction with questions and answers that the manager have experienced with customers so the Front desk can provide better customer service.

Preis Leistung war sehr gut und die Lage ist ideal wenn man ins Freizeitpark Busch Garden will. Der Service war auch sehr gut wie zum Beispiel der kostenlose Shuttlebus - Service ins Park.

En terminos generales todo estaba limpio y bien presentado. El personal muy amable y dispuestos en ayudar. Las habitaciones con los equipos necesarios para una buena estadía. Transportación gratuita a la mayor atracción de la ciudad, Bush Gardens. Su ubicación es inmejorable. Muy recomendado el Oasis By Suites.

Overall the hotel is fine. On first look it appears well kept and clean. Unfortunately once settled in little things become noticeable. A soap wrapper left in the bathroom, door handles with paint splattered on them, areas on walls where something was spilled and not wiped down.

The whole weekend stay was great! Clean room, great staff, comfy bed to lay my head. The new restaurant was wonderful, very hospitable and the food was great. Next time in Tampa we will be checking in at the Oasis Bay Suites.

1. There was no heat in room. 2. The sofa bed was not flat but had a U shape. 3. The sofa bed mattress was too old and thin, pressed against metal support bar all night. 4. Breakfast food - mystery meat, cubed eggs and potatoes that tasted as if they have been reheated 7 or 8 times...bleeeeeck

This establishment went above and beyond our expectations. It is a very quaint and relaxed place. I had no problem going to and from Busch Grdens as they shuttle you with the family and enjoyed my stay so much I’m returning two weeks later . My wife and will be making this our regular stay from now on.
