The staff was very rude. In our booking the cookware/dishes and dishwasher were included but nothing was in the hotel room. The reception lady was not even ready to listen the issue.The staff needs customer oriented training, During the night, jumping and running sounds were coming from the upper room, we complained about it and she said we’re closed today while she was still roaming in the corridor. WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP, STAY HERE.

The staff is reason for the two stars (the staff deserves 5 stars). So friendly and welcoming and just great!! The room was pretty nice, more modern than others of this hotel brand. Everything seemed really good until I switched on the light in the bathroom at night and there was a roach climbing the wall There is just no excuse to have roaches. I do not care if it’s Florida (I live in Florida and do not have roaches). Use pest control! Roaches are a deal breaker. I was only there one night and will not return.

This place has very nice rooms and the staff all seem to be pretty nice people as well. It is within walking distance of the mall and a few restaurants plus their rates are pretty reasonable too. Highly recommended!!!

The Queen suite I had was great! Kitchenette was clean and the refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave were in good condition and working order. Bathroom was clean. The only disappointing downside was the smart TV that only had the remote for the TV itself and no remote for the satellite Dish network, so I never had channel selection choices other than the channel that it was on (Gulf NBC). Other than that, the service was great. Even was allowed to have my only piece of luggage safely stored at the service desk after check-out, as my trip home would not be for another 5 hours. I would book this hotel again!
