Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Great location, central to sites and many wonderful restaurants. Amazing food nearby! But big portions and very heavy. Share a dish! If you are American, please note, the washer dryer combo is very small and does not dry clothes all the way. Try as we might, we could not find a dry only cycle. We had wet clothes strung up all over the apartment. Maybe for underwear and a few small items it’s good, but for major laundry like we did, not so much. Laundromat worked much better for us in Geneva.

What a marvellous place, the nicest staff , always a warm smile in morning and just as kind in evening. Best recommendation for Bfast and dinner. Amazing rain shower, comfy beds( though pretty high set). 10 min walk to main market place/ hop on off and few steps from shopping centre. Perfect place to stay in Prague!

After staying in a few hotels with ‘modest’ rooms, it was a treat to stay here. The room was beautiful, with an amazingly comfy bed. The walk-in shower was large with both a rain shower and hand-held head. The hotel was situated in Old Town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Franco was a treat! He took such good care of us at check-in and recommended restaurants that were perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall a great stay. Very good location. Clean and comfortable apartment with almost everything in excellent condition; quality sheets, towels and amenities. My only complaint is that the desk staff are either extremely charming and friendly, or so incompetent that I never want to return. A nice family apartment in the heart of the city, but don't expect consistent service.
