Zustand verbesserungswürdig. Überall an den Wänden waren Abfärbungen durch dagegenstoßen, Spiegel im Aufzug war zerbrochen und Scherben lagen auf dem Boden im Aufzug. Extrem(!) hellhörig, so dass selbst die bereitgestellten Ohrstöpsel nichts bringen, wenn man neben einer ganzen Familie mit Kindern das Zimmer bucht.

Gute Anbindung an ÖpnV. Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch gutes W-lan Netz. Allerdings kein so guter Sattelitenempfang bei TV. Ständig Störungen. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

This was a fine place to stay near downtown Frankfurt. I don't want to be unfair in the review since we stayed here immediately after a trans-atlantic flight, but we were a bit disappointed by the parking situation and the lack of A/C. There is no dedicated parking so you will need to find something on the street or a parkade. I had a very tough time finding anything on the street so I ended up taking a parkade spot nearby (a 10ish minute walk). The apartment itself is small, but it does serve the purpose. The lack of A/C was disappointing given the hot and humid conditions. Overall the area is quite good. There are a lot of cool shops and restaurants/cafes within a few KM of the property. Since we did have the window open, we heard a lot of street noise throughout the night, so keep that in mind -- this place is close to downtown and you will get traffic noise all the time. There is no reception/check-in but the instructions were clear and we didn't have any issues getting into the building or into our unit. Overall this is a decent place if you are only planning to sleep at the property and spend 99% of your time exploring what Frankfurt has to offer.

Wir haben 2x das Zimmer gewechselt weil es so schmutzig war. Auch das letzte Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns enorm unwohl gefühlt. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Beim ersten Mal (vor einem Jahr) noch alles okay. Diesmal definitiv das letzte Mal.

The accommodations were perfect for a short stop over in Frankfurt. Close to the airport and easy to walk to the river, cathedral and shopping areas. There was a small elevator to get to the 4th floor which we were not expecting.

Boa localização e confortável

Passamos um pouco mais que uma noite e com certeza foi uma boa pedida. A cama é confortável e o sofá-cama também, cabendo suficiente uma pessoa de até 1,70m. O banheiro muito bom, forneceu toalhas e lençóis. Dois pontos negativos: estava bastante empoeirado e a luz principal estava queimada. Mas nada que afetou nossa estadia. Recomendo!

This property is unmanned; you just receive the door code and room number so check your email. The space between the bed and the table is very narrow so it's difficult to reach the other side of the room. The fire alarm went off twice during our 7-night stay. Once at 10pm and once at 3am. The alarm rang for about 10-15 min each time before the firemen turned it off. Okay, now for the good stuff. There's a playground nearby which my 2 year-old son loved. The tram stop is right downstairs so easy access to city centre. The S-bahn station is also quite near so quite accessible to the airport. I used the app "hvv switch" to buy the Deutschland ticket. Very economical for longer trips. Kitchenette had everything you need to cook simple meals. There was two supermarkets nearby but note that they close on Sundays! I loved the shower as the water reaches the set temperature within 5 seconds. The soap provided was suitable for hair body and hand wash. Pretty good.

Todo excelente y muy bonito y completo y accesible para las zonas turísticas lo único que podría sugerir que para los huéspedes con estancias largas como en mi caso 5 días coloquen insumos extras necesarios para cubrir la estancia como papel higiénico jabón de platos ya que fue difícil conseguirlo y tuve que proporcionarmelos por mi propios medios
