Breakfast was home made and served with elegance. Our hostess, Donna, was wonderful and very knowledgeable of places to visit. Bed was comfortable, internet access was secure and we had our own transportation but most of the downtown is walkable if you are able. We would certainly recommend the Dawson House as a go to place to stay.

Delightful 1800s home, roomy and comfortable room, bed, etc. Good location in Charlottetown, close to the city center while also easily accessible from the countryside. Absolutely lovely, heritage home! Donna makes you feel like you are at home with a wonderful hot breakfast. And if you have to leave early, she will pack you an excellent snack. Beautiful location, close to many histroic sites in town.

The check in was quick and thorough, Donna was very down to earth and pleasant . She runs a beautiful Old Victorian house that is so clean and comfortable. It’s extremely welcoming from the first step you take inside the foyer. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with the other guests and Donna was great! It’s really a small world when you get chatting. We haven’t been BnB guests in the past, but this trip to the east coast has changed our way of thinking.

Our room was quite large and very comfortable. I slept like a log! The homemade hot breakfast was delicious. The home's decor is lovely. Great front porch for sitting awhile. Highly recommend.
