The Mercure is in an excellent location between Silom and Chinatown. The check-in process is easy and service is friendly. The room itself is very clean, and the sheets are very plush. Most rooms here should have high city views. The bathroom itself is clean, and the plumbing works. Housekeeping does a good job of making sure everything is tidy. My only complaint is the loud dinging of the elevator. Maybe they could turn it down a few decibels. Perhaps they provide complimentary earbuds on the nightstand for this reason. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a very good location.

Water bottles were provided in glass bottles which was appreciated and they really try to be conscious of the environment to only request amenities at the front desk if needed.
