Great Pool and other Accomodations.

Pool is large and fun to play in. Kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the drink options at the lobby bar. Staff was nice and the rooms were FANTASTIC! Having easy transportation to Universal parks was a huge plus!!

The checkin staff was amazingly friendly and informative (Mariana). The stay was comfortable and exactly what we needed as we were at the park most of the time. Pool looked awesome but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Would definitely stay here again!

There were short dark hairs under my pillows like the sheets were not changed/washed. The toilets barely flushed. And the front desk person took a very long time checking us in while we were clearly exhausted

It’s an okay hotel

Stay was okay, staff was very great and friendly. Just need to clean a bit more hallways / entrance literally smells like a hospital. Fight’s breaking out at the hot tub @ night lol. Sauce on the floor in the hallway people literally throwing there trash outside the front door with big ball of dirty towels. Just freaking disgusting but it is what it is.

The night I arrived at the hotel (JUNE 6, 2025), apparent engineering issues forced them to transfer me to the Dockside Hotel. I don't understand why I wasn’t notified by email or phone call; even though I had called the hotel that day, there was no record of my call. This completely spoiled the birthday surprise for my husband. I expected so much more from them—sometimes a simple 'I'm sorry' isn’t nearly enough. I am truly disappointed, and I feel that they have lost a customer.

O hotel é bem novo e os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. O café do hotel, apesar de não ser um Starbucks, serve bebidas da marca, o que é ótimo para quem curte. Os elevadores são rápidos e não tive nenhum problema com congestionamentos. Um agradecimento especial à Rita e à Lais, que nos atenderam na loja localizada no interior do hotel.
