Stayed one night to be close to Universal Epic and to get early entry. Wished we had stayed longer. Kids claimed it’s the best hotel they have ever stayed in (and they have stayed at much more expensive hotels!!). Excellent value for what we paid. Epic is just a few minutes walk.

Amazing theming. Good food available onsite. Staff was great. The pool area was well maintained and was large enough to not feel overcrowded even when lots of people were there. The only negative thing is that the room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage space or a microwave, but if you plan on spending most of your time at the parks, it's not a big deal.

The Epic Universe Hotel

This is the budget friendly epic universe hotel. Early entry. The hotel feels like you are undersea or on a submarine. The AC was amazing. The food service in the lobby was good. The staff was friendly, and you can walk to the park in 5 to 10 mins depending on when you catch the traffic light for crossing the street.

The hotel was super fun and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We thought the beds in our previous hotel were more comfy and the hot water for the spa and room shower felt like it capped out at <100 degrees. Other than that, it was great!

Clean but average hotel

Friendly hotel staff, but they were unhelpful in receiving a delivery order I had that went missing, so the staff are not trustworthy with personal belongings or food deliveries. The bathroom is small but clean. The big window is cool but fogs up half the day, so you cant even see out of it. Overall I think its worth the convenience if you plan on visiting Epic Universe, but otherwise there are a lot of other hotels in the area that are more worth the price paid.

Proximity to Epic Universe is amazing, but if you want to go anywhere else (other parks, restaurants, bars) it's pretty isolated. Rooms were just ok, with budget linens and furnishings, and if you don't have a park view you might as well be staying on a highway interchange.

The hotel is brand new so there is not much to say on the negaitve side. The beds were comfortable. Parking was are only issue.We were told by the front desk to use our room key to get out and it did not work we had to pay again for parking as it would not let us out without paying again
