The staff was very friendly. However, when you walk in the building the fragrance was overwhelming. Way to strong of a cleaner or air freshener. Then the smell in our room was awful. I cannot even pinpoint what it could have been, but it was not pleasant. The toilet did not stop running and the room needed a rug or something under the bed also. The metal bed frame on the vinyl floor was loud..every toss and turn the bed squeaked against the floor. Room was fine for a 2 night stay that would have us out of the room for the majority of the day.

I booked my stay online and received a confirmation, so I expected a smooth check-in process upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I got to the hotel around 9 PM, the lobby was extremely crowded with other guests who were also waiting for rooms. What made the situation more frustrating was that there appeared to be no organized system in place. The receptionist was constantly running back and forth between the front desk and the rooms—checking availability, cleaning, and trying to match bookings manually. While I understand that staff can get overwhelmed, it was clear that the hotel was unprepared to handle the volume of guests. As a result, I had to wait approximately two hours—from 9 PM to 11 PM—just to receive a room, despite having a confirmed reservation. After a long day of travel, this was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, the lack of organization and poor check-in management significantly impacted my experience. I hope the hotel improves its system and staffing so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation.

No coffee pot in room . The offer for free coffee/ tea is only to 11am .Maintenance came in the room while we out( they did call and ask if it was ok) they had to fix the smoke detector, but they left the dirt and ceiling material on the floor below. Also I would like to have had 4 towels in the room . We stayed 4 days they only offer room service if you stay 2 weeks .Walls are thin you can hear people just talking in the next room.

No breakfast just coffee and they chargered my card an 3 extra payments for the room they said it was an authorize charge but i was never told that a authorize for 98.15 for each of the rooms will be hold on my card . When i called i was told that it will take 3-5 business to get my refund and because of this inconvenience i can't pay my rent on time and now i will have to pay 200.00 late fee for my rent i will never stay at this hotel again

In general terms the room was in good condition, clean and everything in order. Only one thing affected the stay and was that in the first room in which we were accommodated, the first night cockroaches appeared in the bathtub area and also in the kitchen area, I was able to eliminate some but others hid, my wife had a horrible night. Bb They changed our room and everything was fine until the day we left that some cockroaches also appeared, these smaller, but cockroaches at last.
