Clean no-fuss Luxury

Highly recommend Numa as a self-serve hotel - clean, luxurious, lots included like welcome snacks and drinks, espresso pods in the room, and free laundry room -- not in a touristy location, easy access to bus and metro, i took walks in all directions- felt very safe. Hotels.com does NOT provide the confirmation number you need to check in: the only place I had it was a casual reference in the request for paying the city tax in the email from Numa. Then, enter that Numa number (mine ended with -1, that's part of it) to check in. I had trouble with it and thank goodness for super friendly Numa staff that happened to be there when i was trying to gain access.

It’s a very comfortable, modern and clean room. The location is not walking distance to the city centre but uber is easy and reasonable priced. A large supermarket is just next door. I still prefer a face to face check in process though.

Good location, close to Metro and walkable (if fit) to centre. Family smart room, though a bit on small size. Nice terrace, even if we didn't use it. Main drawbacks was there was no housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Had some issues adjusting AC that they didn't fix. Guess the time of AI communication is here to stay, but still prefer a real human.

The room was nice and spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy, the room had good amenities, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. Communicating with hotel staff was complete GenAI hell. The only way to communicate was through WhatsApp messages, you would require to type your query 10 times for the chatbot to understand what you want. There is no receptionist on site, you will get your help if you could make the chatbot understand what you need. I needed a shower cap, couldn't make the chatbot understand that, it kept asking if the shower need fixing. And after every message there will be 3 follow up questions from the chatbot asking for review, absolute GenAI hell, grrr.....

Cancelación el día de check in por parte del hotel

El día del check in me dijeron que por un problema no podían darme la habitación original y que me darían una más chica en la que no cabíamos. Hablamos por teléfono y ofrecieron mudarnos a otra sucursal del hotel pero dijimos que eran dos habitaciones para 4 personas cada una. Nos movieron a un hotel que realmente tenía dos habitaciones solo para dos personas y tuvieron que dormir dos personas en el suelo sin contar que perdimos cerca de 3 horas en los movimientos y que los códigos de acceso no estuvieron listos hasta tarde. Pedí una devolución de dinero de la primera noche ya que yo pague por una habitación doble por noche y no recibí eso la primera noche
