Staff- I was asked to verify the dates I was staying and sign confirming. I shared that it was incorrect and was showing “26” instead of “25” the attendant looked at me and said, yes, today is the 30th. I said the year says 12/30/2026, not 2025. She looked at the computer, bewildered, looked back at me, still confused.. takes the paper from me says her computer is correct, scribbles out the date that is incorrect, marks it correct and then hands it back to me to print. Hands me my keys with nothing. Tells me the hours of breakfast to which I could hear, I asked what time the pool closed and she responded with 10. No additional, oh the elevators are that way, your room number is blank and located on blank floor. Obviously she was not pleased with me doing what was asked and correcting the date.

Doors are not insulated well. I heard everything that happened in the hallway. Polyester sheets, really? The absolute worst and the beds are the main reason people pay for hotel rooms. Terrible nights sleep the actual beds were horrible too. If I’m ever in the area again I’m going to check out the Hampton next door.
