I selected this hotel as it was under £100 at short notice.
The condition of the hotel wasn't great. It was clearly still being renovated and the upstairs was blocked off with a sheet. There was also no parking, despite the property page stating otherwise. I had to park on the street in front of the hotel.
There was also nowhere to check-in. There was paper stuck on the front door with instructions to call a number to check-in.
The person I contacted was quick to respond and was helpful and informative, to his credit.
The room itself was small, and the bathroom was shared by multiple rooms, like a bathroom in a house. One of the plug sockets I tried to use to charge my phone didn't work.
For the purposes of my stay, I just needed somewhere to leave my things and sleep for one night. If I was staying for more than one day, I wouldn't choose to return here. This hotel has taught me to read reviews more thoroughly when booking in the future.
