Very nice and comfortable experience! Skypool was great with excellent drinks at reasonable prices when it was Happy Hour! Unfortunately couldn't smoke anywhere up there but not that big of a deal. Breakfast was amazing as well with so many options! Kind of wish they had free Mimosa as well though as other 5 star hotels i've been to in the west offered it, but I could easily order a glass of white and mix it myself. Only small drawback i can think of was the TV where Netflix, HBO etc. currently didn't work, only Live TV, which can be a bummer if the weather is bad so you have to spend the night at the hotel. Also the beach around Henanns is nicer than the other parts of the beach, but still is a bit rocky when you start going out into the water, i wish they could clean stuff like that up since it can hurt your foot.

Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines. Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful. Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it. The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you. Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels. One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc. This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep.

The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)
