Arrived to check in and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The room was lovely and spacious with a view of the lake. Had dinner in the Beleek restaurant and it was fabulous. The staff throughout the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

To begin, the staff and property itself were fantastic. Unfortunately though there were a lot of negatives about our stay. We booked this particular hotel for the restaurant menu to find out on arrival at check in that the restaurant was closed for renovation. The website had said that renovations would be happening on dates next month. The 'garden view' was the carpark and fountain at the front of the property. The lake we'd admired in the pictures was all private property so we didn't get down to the waterside. Another reason we'd booked on a Monday night in winter was that we thought the spa would be calm and relaxing but it was unfortunately more like a local leisure centre than a spa. Then during the night, we turned the heating off in our room but it was so hot during the night that we had to open the windows completely and barely slept. I think for the cost for a one night stay, there were a few too many things that didn't seem to match the descriptions or expectations unfortunately.

Very pleasant stay. Food was good, spa facilities lovely, clean room. Only dissapointment was the room view which was not of the surrounding countryside or the lovely lough but of the side of another part of the building, next time would ask for a different room. Avoid room 201.

The Manor stay

Our rwo night stay at The Manor was refreshing. I particularly enjoyed a swim morning and evening. There was a problem though with shower gel/hand soap and shampoo dispensers in bith the pool area and ensuite. It was almost impossible to obtain more than one drop at each push. We found nail clippings on our bedroom carpet. Also, the bathroom mirror was in an alcove and too distant to be of and use when required for shaving or dental hygiene. Also the shower trim was quite green and dirty. It wasn't all negative however, we had a lovely meal in the bar. I wouldn't have mentioned these things but that i have been asked for a review.

Manor House hotel is a real treat

Fabulous experience. The hotel is stunning. Such a beautiful building and surroundings set overlooking Lough Erne. The staff were warm and welcoming so we felt immediately at home. Breakfast was lovely, both the food and the location looking out to the view. Our stay was a real treat and we could not recommend the hotel and it’s lovely staff more highly.

Fantastic weekend stay

Pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were delightful and very much enjoyed. Dined in both the restaurant and bistro menus were great and food fantastic. Staff so professional and friendly- will be back in the future

C'est hôtel est impressionnant, très bien situé, très confortable, la piscine et le petit déjeuner sont impec, le seul problème reste l'isolation... C'est ennuyeux les bruits dans la chambre du dessus et c'est vraiment le seul regret !!!

The manager was helpful after Expedia contacted them after we complained about the standard of the room we were given after two rooms were not up to standard.The first one was noisy from a outside air con dripping water when we didn’t even have air con in our room The 2nd room was musty + dusty with torn wallpaper no fridge frayed carpet in a four star hotel all rooms shld be fresh the standard rooms need updated we were given a suite which was like being in a different hotel this shld not be the case all rooms shld be off a good standard it shldnt be that you have to book the more expensive room to enjoy your stay at a hotel
