The location is good, but it’s not worth how disgusting the place is. The bathroom stinks so bad that I avoided showering or even using it — the smell was unbearable. On top of that, I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, including people being intimate, like I was right there with them. It was honestly horrible. 0/10 — never again.

Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative review. It was a last-minute booking, and in the rush, I didn’t realize that the bathroom was shared. That was my mistake, as I usually prefer a private bathroom. However, the shared bathroom was very dirty and had a terrible smell—almost like a public toilet. It was also located near my room, and people often left the light on, which reflected into my room because the doors were made of glass. In short, it was a disaster. I was also shocked to find there were no wall sockets in the room. There were three lamps, but none of them were connected to plugs on the wall. Instead, I found a power distribution box on the floor (you can see it in the attached photo). I managed to get one lamp working and used it to charge my phone. In the evening, there was a lot of noise both from the street and from other rooms—there’s no soundproofing at all. I don’t know why, but someone on the third floor seemed to be working with loud tools or machinery. On my first night, I couldn’t sleep at all, and on the second (and thankfully last) night, I woke up at least ten times because of the noise. Sorry to say this, but that’s the truth. Never again.

Tiny room (which I was aware of, it is specified in the description) but it is NOTHING like the photos they show. Also, if you get as "lucky" as I did, your room might just be one of the ones in the kitchen. Yes, my room door opened into the kitchen and I had to hear everything happening in the kitchen at all times of the day/night through paper-thin walls. They don't have A/C (which I also knew about, that's not the complaint), but they have ceiling fans that can only be turned on with a remote control—which they do not give you; you have to leave a 10€ deposit IN CASH ONLY to get the remote control. Zero empathy about not having cash, they gave me attitude about it. Shared bathrooms (which I also knew about) but for the three days I was there, nobody cleaned them. The same dirty floor towel that some guest left there by the shower door, was there all three days... crumpled in the exact same way. Not to mention that because of the lack of daily cleaning, and the hotel being at max capacity (I know because I tried to switch rooms out of the kitchen), the bathrooms smelled like bad gas station bathrooms. In regard to the area, excellent location. Plenty of shops and restaurants, walking-distance to clubs and bars, and great access to all kinds of public transportation. Maybe if it had been cheaper, I would not be so harsh with my review. But when you consider that you can get a way better room for much less—in the same area, I don't want to sugarcoat the experience.

Se paga básicamente por la ubicación... Los baños huelen mal, agua fría en el piso en el que estabamos, no hacen la limpieza en el cuarto, y hay mucho ruido o entra mucha luz por la noches . Sin embargo el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es muy buena.

Je souhaite vous faire part de ma profonde déception suite à mon séjour dans votre établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’état général de l’hôtel était insalubre : de nombreuses fissures au sol et dans les murs, une propreté plus que douteuse, et une ambiance générale négligée, très éloignée de ce que laissait présager la description en ligne. Notre chambre était située juste à côté de la cuisine, dans un coin reculé et peu engageant de l’établissement. Cela a entraîné beaucoup de nuisances sonores et une sensation d’inconfort permanente. La description et les photos présentées lors de la réservation ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité des lieux, ce qui est particulièrement regrettable et trompeur. Je tenais à vous transmettre ce retour dans l’espoir que des améliorations soient apportées, car l’expérience vécue n’était malheureusement pas à la hauteur des attentes. Cordialement,
