Hotel location is good, and room is clean with complete amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast and also the supermarket at the basement which has a complete selection.

Great and convenient location for the hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Very friendly staff, specially Aldo who was our driver to pick us up at the airport and check us in. It also has supermarket and pharmacy. Breakfast is another great feature.

The hotel is really nice… the swimming pool is the best part. Excellent view and the bar right in there. The room was spacious and from previous reviews we thought the bathroom would be small, but not at all. The only 2 bad things are the internet that drops every 2 minutes and the menu options are very poor. And the food is not really good and expensive for what it is, we even got upset stomach after eating.

I liked that we had an interior room and could not hear 0430 prayers. The pool took our breath away. Food at the pool was good. At breakfast they should pay more attention to when items are gone. I left some trays open on a few different days so they could see they were empty and they just closed them.

Great stay at zasgoboth before leaving and return from kamodo island boat trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to airport and centre of bajo. Pool area and view amazing. Risky and staff at pool very friendly. Defibately recommend

Very simple but has all you need for a short stay in Labuan Bajo. Only complain is that you are not allowed to take the pool towels for your day trip to Komodo Island. Other than that it is great, staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Awesome stay

Amazing stay again as we loved it so much the first time we had to return. Great rooftop pool area to watch the sunset and just hang out. Breakfast great. Rooms comfortable and staff friendly. By far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Indonesia, not a bug in sight!!

Thw Hotel is disappointing, there were few points deserves a comment. Internet doesnt work, I stayed two nights: first before the island boat tour and onother night after. Two different rooms on different floors, neither I had internet connection. Hot water wasn't available also and the bathroom very small. The small room doesn’t have windows, but lots of mosquitos and no eletronic repelent. Breakfast place has an amazing view, but omelet station doesn't take note, therefore, very unorganized and difficult to get your order.

We stayed in the triple room that overlooked the pool. We had an amazing view of the sunset each day. We were able to walk to find dinner. They had a really good market in their basement for snacks and whatnot. The pool was great. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Good bed, clean and functional. It will be good if hair-dryer is included, had to call for one and return within an hour. Only stayed for one night and 3rd floor rooms have windows but no view. Not far from main Jl Soekarno Hatta shopping strip. Overall good stay Thanks

The room and bathroom itself was nice however quite dark. Shower was really good when it was hot but temperamental - hot water must be on limit so varies when it comes There were ants everywhere - on the floor some but most on the counter table in bedroom so wouldn't recommend leaving any food or drink out. No welcome drinks as stated in booking confirmation - we asked about it and they said it wasn't made so will give the next day but they never did. Not the hotels fault but the guests staying here can be really really loud - had to call security at 1.30am on one night to tell them to shut up. The pool view for sunset is incredible - they give towels, the water is clean. I would still book at this hotel again in future as for the price it was still nice

This hotel was everything we needed. We were contacted prior to arrival regarding whether we needed transport from the airport which was good. However, when we arrived at, there was no one there to pick us up. We contacted the hotel who told us there was someone already there, but we had waited for nearly 20 minutes and no one turned up so we got a taxi which was far easier and cheaper. Generally, staff were friendly and helped where they could, such as providing a breakfast box in the morning since we left very early for a tour. The rooms were very spacious, but the air con was pretty weak meaning it was still relatively warm in the rooms. The fridge was also not on when we arrived, which would have helped for water. The hotel did have a restaurant with a stunning view and a pool with a lovely bar looking out to the harbour. However, this got fully very quickly due do it not offering much seating compared to the number of rooms.

The place was clean enough, but it was an old building. They must have a problem with their toilets or sewer, the room smellled like sewer the whole time. Nasty! There was only one chair in the room and none on the balcony, so you could not sit on balcony. View was great. Close to downtown. Pool/pool bar was nice. Breakfast was buffet and had large selection. We reserved a car ride for 640am with the front desk. When we went down, the guy said the car service didn’t start until 7am. Not sure why they didn’t tell us that when we reserved the car the night before. The front desk guy was rude. We had to be at our dive place at 7am. He said we could wait until 7am for the car. I said we could not and asked what other options we had. He said he could try to call us an outside taxi. He did that and we were able to get to the dive shop just in time for our trip. Overall, okay for the price since it was inexpensive, but I would not stay there again.

Worst hotel and service I’ve ever had Check-in: Basically gave me my room key and no discussion about meals, amenities or anything about the hotel. They had a sign for a welcome drink, did not receive that. Hotel: The hotel is in poor condition, dirty, the pool is rough, the odor is of cigarette smoke permanently imbedded in every corner. Room: My room looked similar to the photos online but just decrepit. My bed sheets were COVERED IN BLACK HAIRS and debris. It was absolutely disgusting. There was something every couple of inches. I don’t think they washed them and left them on there from the last guest. I asked for a new sheet so that I could sleep in the sheet like a sleeping bag and I wore long sleeved shirt and pants so none of my skin was touching anything. I slept on a towel for my head, hope that was clean. I reserved their shuttle to the airport for 75,000 and they refused to let me go on it until they checked my room to see if they needed to charge me for anything. They sent housekeeping up there and I was shown a photo of a towel with a lipstick smudge on it. They said we have to charge you. i asked how much and they just made up an arbitrary amount of 50,000. Now the only reason I paid is because I didn’t have time to argue because I needed to get to the airport. But this is about principle, you don’t provide me with clean sheets but you expect me to pay for a dirty towel? This place is petty, dirty, terrible customer service. DON’T RECOMMEND
