Booked this hotel for our 3 night stay exploring Paris and we were very impressed when we walked in to our room, the room was very big, beds very comfortable even the single bed which can often just be a put up bed, bathroom had both a bath and a very good shower
However we found the staff to be very rude, un helpful and no urgency to deal with guests when the que was going out the front door
We did have cleaners come in to our room each day but there was no consistency on what they did each day and never restocked tea, coffee facilities or left any extra water, this was needed to be done at reception which wasn’t worth the half hour wait at times to see somebody
The roof top pool was pleasant but this needs booking at reception so you can gain access to it, it’s also a confusing system on how to get there as only certain lifts go that far, we had also wanted to do the skyline bar but we still don’t know how to access it, we did have the pool to ourselves on our 10pm booking though which made it a very relaxing hour
Metro was opposite the hotel so made travelling in to Paris very easy
1 last thing for people to be aware of we needed to pay a €50 euro deposit per person per night for our entire stay so be aware you will need a credit card with a good balance available
