This was a business trip to a hotel I have visited a good few times and is indicative of my various stays. Good - clean, modern and perfectly comfortable However, for such a great building there are so many small issues that just add up to pull down the experience

The room was clean, spacious, and adequate. I liked their minimalistic approach. It was on the 37th floor, so the view was enjoyable. The area around the hotel is lively with a Metro station directly in front of the entrance. Trip to airport is convenient at 20 minutes. No room service beyond closing hours. Safety around the hotel is questionable. Overall, a good experience.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. Overall, clean and functional hotel. It is fairly new so they still have some teething problems and need to work out some kinks. But I had 2 rooms and both were clean, showers were hot and AC worked fine. Didn't get to use any facilities as bar was fully booked and restaurant closed too early for us. Not ideal if you want to have drinks after dinner at your hotel as there is nothing in the area.

Ch chin was smooth, no issue but later realise the air conditioner wasn’t working I reported and was told the technician will show up immediately but didn’t show up until hours later. Long story short I slept in a hot room with no cooling. They later change my room the following night after I had made a force. Cleaners don’t show up either. breakfast was good, Gym sparkling clean

New four-stars hotel with some things to improve

For a very reasonable price, I got a room on the 7th floor with views of the Neirborgh office building’s façade. The room was spacious and filled with natural light. However, the ventilation and air conditioning worked very poorly. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night, trying in vain to adjust the thermostat. I was also quite surprised that a four-star hotel didn’t provide a minibar in the room, and that none of the windows could be opened. The elevators use a system that is not user-friendly and quite confusing, with very little information provided. The QR code on the room cards leads to a website where the information about the rooms and hotel services is incomplete.

Upon our arrival, we were given a room with no air conditioning. The front desk never bothered to mention that the air conditioning was not working. After two nights of sweltering heat, we finally requested a different room which we were given, but the room was smaller, again this was not adequately communicated in advance. Advertised amenities are gatekept. You need a reservation for the rooftop, which is difficult to get. You also need a reservation for the pool and you are held to a one hour maximum limit. When presented with questions the front desk is either un knowledgeable or rude or both. I’m never ever staying here again. Lastly, the area that the hotel is located in is a little rough. One plus is the proximity of the metro.

Booked this hotel for our 3 night stay exploring Paris and we were very impressed when we walked in to our room, the room was very big, beds very comfortable even the single bed which can often just be a put up bed, bathroom had both a bath and a very good shower However we found the staff to be very rude, un helpful and no urgency to deal with guests when the que was going out the front door We did have cleaners come in to our room each day but there was no consistency on what they did each day and never restocked tea, coffee facilities or left any extra water, this was needed to be done at reception which wasn’t worth the half hour wait at times to see somebody The roof top pool was pleasant but this needs booking at reception so you can gain access to it, it’s also a confusing system on how to get there as only certain lifts go that far, we had also wanted to do the skyline bar but we still don’t know how to access it, we did have the pool to ourselves on our 10pm booking though which made it a very relaxing hour Metro was opposite the hotel so made travelling in to Paris very easy 1 last thing for people to be aware of we needed to pay a €50 euro deposit per person per night for our entire stay so be aware you will need a credit card with a good balance available

Un gros problème d'accueil des clients avec des files d'attente interminables. Au moins 20 mn d'attente systématiquement pour le check in, quelle que soit l'heure d'arrivée. Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. C'est dommage car les chambres sont très biens et propres. Ce n'est pas le toujour le cas des couloirs. Cette semaine j'ai signalé à la reception que l'on pouvait penser que les poubelles de salle de bain avec été vidées sur la moquette du couloir. J'ai signalé des rognures d'ongles devant ma porte de chambre. Il a fallu attendre le surlendemain piur que le menage soit fait !
