Nothing went well.. it's a great idea not well developed. The place is on the beachfront, and thats amazing. On the other hand, the place has been not very well maintained. Low rating because of several problems we had due to scarcity of maintenance amd misconduct on how to present the facility.

No Restaurant or store less than ten miles. Not even a Coke machine in the hotel.Most of the time no one at the front desk. The cleaning staff was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wendy Murillo was especially helpful getting the missing blinds in our unit replaced, as well as finding a toaster oven for the kitchen, which was missing when we arrived. The place shows some wear, and was not very clean. We did not have a car and there are no nearby establishments that are walkable, as far as restaurants and grocery stores. A car and a 15-20 minute drive to Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen are necessary to find any stores. The "fully stocked kitchen" left a lot to be desired. There was no oven, and the gas stove top was only half-functional. Very minimal as far as pots, pans, and cooking tools. We had planned on cooking our food the three nights we stayed there, but it was challenging, given the lack of needed kitchen tools. The beachfront location is beautiful, and our daughter loved the pool. I loved the rooftop hot tubs. The location is safe, but remote.

El lugar es muy lindo. El departamento muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, cocina y utensilios de cocina. La playa es rocosa pero linda. El personal es muy amable. Pudimos ver tortugas marinas intentando hacer su nido, nos dijeron que en esa playa solo escarban, pero no hacen nidos al final, porque hay mucha piedra y se van a playas aledañas. A considerar: no hay recepción 24 horas y la limpieza del departamento no la hacen diario, aunque creo que se puede solicitar de ser necesario. Así que es más tipo Airbnb. Creo que si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Mejor lugar que pude encontrar para pasar una hermosa semana en familia ❤️, el lugar es hermoso, los departamentos cuentan con lo necesario para poder cocinar en ellos, accesibilidad a toallas para la alberca, excelente servicio de limpieza, departamentos modernos con una hermosa vista al mar, y de la terraza un lugar con una vista hermosa, la amabilidad del personal, parqueadero accesible para los coches, es un ligar tranquilo y relajante!!! Ubicacion perfecta, entre puerto morelos, que tienen barrera entonces la playa siempre esta limpia, y cerca de playa der carmen hacia el otro lado para ir a cenar o actividades. Por supuesto que regresaremos!!!
