We was in one room and we had to move to another room because the air conditioner was not working and the new room that we moved to the air conditioner still was not working. The bathtub had hair in it and the toilet just kept running and it was rusted, and it was bugs in our room.

The hotel is being renovated but our room did not appear to be yet. Beda were definitely not great. Very creaky and far too soft so not good for older bodies. Could also hear every movement of whomever was upstairs. Heavy stepper maybe but sounded like a herd of elephants every step. Shower drain was slow, and not addressed when we were there but only stayed 2 nights so reminded them at checkout.

Bed Linens Caused Rash

Our stay started with having problems with our door card not working. We had to go to the front desk two times to get the card correct. On the third time the very nice desk clerk changed our room and came with us to make sure the card worked. On a positive note the room AC worked very well. On a sad note my daughter work up with a rash from the bed linens. We checked out early the next day. The hotel is under renovations. We will not stay here again because of the problem with the bed linens.

No comforter on Bed and not clean

The stay was awful. We checking in and it smelled like smoke and weed. Our room one of the beds had no comforter on it. We called to get a new comforter or a comforter and they brought us one from another room. No manager checked in on us or with us. It was smokey and dingy and not clean. Very disapointed

Under renovation

The hotel is being renovated. Our room desperately needed to be renovated. The a/c rattled and made crazy noises through the night. The bathroom fan sounded like an air craft trying to take off, but never gaining enough speed. Our room had a strong odor. Maybe it was the chemicals used to clean, but smelled more like vaping something illegal. Breakfast was available if you like old fruit, one choice of yogurt. The waffle iron needs to be permanently retired( to the trash). The floors were not clean in the hallways. Maybe things will improve after renovations. Maybe someone who works there will provide the service of a newly remodeled buildings.

Staff was very nice. Facility left much to be desired. Showers were leaky. Refrigerator was leaking. No service on the TV. Bathroom faucet loose. Lights not working in room entry way. Pitiful pillows. Would NOT stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
